Alexander Technique

Alexander Technique is a method that works to change the movement habits of everyday activities, e.g. sitting, lying down, standing, walking, lifting. It also improves ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination.

The technique releases unnecessary tension and teaches the use of the appropriate amount of effort for a particular action, giving you more energy for all your activities. Most people try the Alexander Technique because of backache, sore neck and shoulders or carpal tunnel syndrome.
