Herbalism refers to the use of herbs to treat illness and restore balance back into the body; probably one of the oldest forms of medicine. Herbal treatment had been found useful in a multitude of chronic and acute ailments.
There are many simple herbal remedies such as herbal teas, pillows or baths which are very safe. For example, chamomile tea is good for insomnia, fennel may be used for dyspeptic complaints, mint is another stomach soother and rosemary is excellent for curing headaches, colds and flu.
